Service, provider and scope

MINDKODEX is a digital learning platform operated by SEVK s. r. o., Palárikova 193/26, 018 41 Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovak Republic, Company ID 56 122 292, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, Section Sro, File 46665/R. Contact: mindkodex@mindkodex.com.

The service is for adults aged 18 or over and includes the currently published video lessons in men's, women's and business mindset, progress features and customer support. Optional AI features or separately paid add-ons form part of the membership only when the offer expressly says so.

Order, price and contracting parties

Membership costs €29 per month. The first payment is charged when you confirm the order in Stripe Checkout. Before confirmation, Stripe Managed Payments displays the first payment date, final amount, any indirect tax, renewal interval, payment methods and the relevant Stripe entity acting as Merchant of Record. Stripe handles payment, tax, receipts, refunds and transaction support; SEVK s. r. o. provides the platform and content.

The contract and paid membership begin when the order is confirmed in Stripe Checkout. Confirmation and transaction details are sent by email and can be reviewed before submission.

Access to the video libraries

After your first payment is confirmed, you immediately get access to all currently published videos in the Men's, Women's and Business mindset libraries. New videos added to these libraries while your paid membership is active are included at no additional charge. Access continues while your paid membership is active. You can watch videos in any order. Lessons, titles and videos appear in the account or purchase language; availability can differ by language.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

After the first payment, the subscription automatically renews at €29 each month until cancelled. Manage or cancel it in the Stripe customer portal under Account or contact mindkodex@mindkodex.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues until the paid period ends.

Cancellation is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal and does not itself create a refund right unless mandatory law or Merchant of Record rules provide otherwise.

14-day right of withdrawal

A consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. You meet the deadline if you send the notice before it expires. Use the continuously available function Withdraw from the contract here or send a clear statement to mindkodex@mindkodex.com. We confirm receipt of the online form by email with a reference.

If digital content or a service is supplied before the 14 days end, the legal consequences depend on the type of supply and on whether your express prior request/consent and acknowledgement were separately obtained before performance began. If a legally required consent or acknowledgement was not obtained, these terms do not replace it and your rights remain unaffected. For a valid withdrawal, the Merchant of Record processes any repayment through the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Model statement: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the monthly MINDKODEX membership concluded on [date], order [number], account email [email].”

Digital supply, updates and remedies

We provide the digital supply without undue delay after confirmed payment and provide updates needed to keep it functional and secure during membership. We may reasonably develop the content, change lesson order or titles and add new videos, provided we do not materially worsen the paid service without a lawful basis.

If the digital supply is not delivered or does not conform to the contract, you may have rights to have it brought into conformity, receive a proportionate price reduction or terminate under mandatory law. These terms do not limit mandatory evidential rules or consumer rights.

Account and permitted use

Protect your credentials and promptly report suspected misuse. Access is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You must not bypass account or video protection, share access, copy or publicly distribute or resell content, attack the service, or upload unlawful content or data you are not entitled to use.

For serious or repeated breaches, we may restrict access after reasonable notice. Immediate action is possible for a security risk, fraud or unlawful conduct. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Educational nature and liability

MINDKODEX is general education. It is not therapy, health care, legal advice, crisis intervention or a guarantee of a specific relationship or business outcome. In an immediate danger, violence, self-harm, medical, mental-health or legal crisis, contact the appropriate professional or emergency service.

We operate the service with reasonable care, but planned maintenance or supplier outages can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Complaints, disputes, law and changes

Send a complaint or request for redress to mindkodex@mindkodex.com with your account email, order, problem and requested remedy. We respond without undue delay and within the legal deadline. If we reject a request for redress or do not answer within 30 days, an eligible consumer may refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body, including the Slovak Trade Inspection. The EU ODR platform has been discontinued.

Slovak law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Material changes to an ongoing membership will be notified in advance on a durable medium where required. All language versions are intended to carry the same meaning; no translation reduces mandatory consumer rights.
