Nature of the service
MINDKODEX is an educational programme for adults. It is not health care, therapy, legal advice, crisis intervention or a guarantee of any specific outcome. An optional AI tool will always be clearly labelled as artificial intelligence.
Payments and subscription
Stripe Managed Payments identifies the relevant Stripe entity as Merchant of Record in Checkout and displays the final price, any applicable indirect tax, period and recurring renewal before binding confirmation. The subscription is managed through the Stripe customer portal under Account. SEVK s. r. o. provides the platform and content.
Support, complaints and withdrawal
Support and complaints: mindkodex@mindkodex.com. Include the account email, order and request details. To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, use the continuously available function Withdraw from the contract here; we confirm online receipt by email. See the Terms and Conditions for details.
Alternative dispute resolution
First ask us for redress. If we reject the request or do not answer within 30 days, an eligible consumer may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body, including the Slovak Trade Inspection. Court remedies remain available. The EU ODR platform has been discontinued, so we do not link to it.
