Cookies and storage
MINDKODEX uses no advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Traffic and performance are measured with cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics; local storage is used only for requested features and settings.
Current status
The public website has no remarketing or personalised advertising. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic and real-user performance without analytics cookies, advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking. It therefore does not require a cookie banner. If a future tool stores a non-essential identifier on a device, it will not start in the EEA before consent, and refusing will be as easy as accepting.

These items are necessary for expressly requested functions or settings. They contain no advertising identifier.
Third-party services
Cloudflare Web Analytics loads a lightweight measurement script and sends page-view and performance data through Cloudflare; it creates no analytics cookie. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie when protection is active. Supabase uses session data for sign-in. Stripe Managed Payments uses its own essential storage after Checkout or the customer portal is opened. Bunny Stream may use technical storage after the player starts. Their interfaces and policies apply only when the relevant function is used.
Legal basis and consent
We use aggregate traffic and performance measurement without a device-stored identifier under our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website; you may object to this processing. We access or store information on a device without consent only where strictly necessary to transmit communication or provide an expressly requested function. Any non-essential analytics, advertising or attribution storage activates only after free, specific and informed consent.
How to control storage
Signing out removes the active authentication session. You can change the language, theme, pathway and notes in the interface or delete them in browser settings. Clearing storage may sign you out and delete device-only notes. Blocking cookies can prevent sign-in, Checkout or playback from working.
