Withdraw from the contract
If you are a consumer and want to withdraw from a contract concluded online within the statutory period, submit this form. Cancelling future subscription renewals is handled separately in the Stripe customer portal.

To meet the deadline, submit the form before it expires. You do not need to give a reason. We will email a confirmation with the time and reference; keep it for your records.
What happens next
We review the request against the order, date, access to the digital supply and any consents recorded in Checkout. If the withdrawal is valid, we arrange the end of access and the Merchant of Record processes the applicable refund within the legal deadline and through the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
If you only want to stop the next monthly renewal and are not exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, use the Stripe customer portal under Account or email mindkodex@mindkodex.com.
